NSS: HIAP Scotland - Health Innovation Assessment Portal

HIAP was designed to encourage prospective providers of new and/or innovative products and solutions to showcase them and access information and advice and initial assessment of the new product or technology. A new service, Scotland Innovates, builds on the success of the Health Innovation Assessment Portal (HIAP), expanding the submission and assessment of innovative products and solutions across the entire Scottish Public Sector.

Accelerated National Innovation Adoption (ANIA) Pathway

Announced to healthcare professionals in 2022, the Accelerated National Innovation Adoption (ANIA) pathway looks to “assess, prioritise and scale up” impactful and influential innovations as part of the “Once for Scotland” approach.

The Clinical Directorate provide trusted leadership, assurance and expertise in clinical and care matters, working with teams across NSS and the health and care system in Scotland.
This includes primary, secondary and community care, public health, the social care sector, local authorities, the third sector, professional bodies, academia, industry and colleagues in Scottish Government. Focus areas include:
