HIS - Health Improvement Scotland: ihub Improvement Programmes

Within the remit of Health Improvement Scotland, the ihub runs a number of national programmes focused on supporting health, social care and housing partners to deliver improved health and wellbeing outcomes for people in Scotland.

HIS - Health Improvement Scotland: Regulation of Independent Health care

As part of its broad remit, Healthcare Improvement Scotland is responsible for regulating independent hospitals, voluntary hospices, private psychiatric hospitals and independent clinics.

NHS Scotland is made up of 14 regional NHS Boards, seven national NHS Boards and one public health body. Each NHS Board is accountable to the Scottish Government. Regional NHS Boards are responsible for the protection and the improvement of their population's health and for the delivery of frontline healthcare services. National NHS Boards support the regional NHS Boards by providing a range of important specialist and national services.

NHS Tayside

NHS Scotland is made up of 14 regional NHS Boards, seven national NHS Boards and one public health body. Each NHS Board is accountable to the Scottish Government. Regional NHS Boards are responsible for the protection and the improvement of their population's health and for the delivery of frontline healthcare services. NHS Shetland
